1 cup of whipping cream
Juice and rine of 1 lemon
3/4 cup of powdered sugar


Gin
Ginger Ale
7 Up

Mix all together with a wooden spoon. Refrigerate.

When making a drink add ice then 1 T of the mixture then 1 shot of Gin and the rest either Ginger Ale or 7 Up. Mix vigorously with a spoon and serve.
