1/2 lb thin bacon
2 cans Chunking water chestnuts
6 Tbsp ketchup
3 Tbsp brown sugar
1 jigger bourbon
1 Tbsp dijon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Wrap water chestnuts in bacon and secure with toothpicks. Mix the ketchup, brown sugar, bourbon and dijon mustard. Brush over the water chestnuts and bacon. Broil in oven until the bacon is cooked and browned, turning half-way through.
