2 small packages French Vanilla instant pudding
3 cups milk
1-8oz. carton Cool Whip
1 box Graham crackers
Topping:
2-10z. semisweet chocolate squares
6 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 tsp. white Karo syrup

Mix milk and pudding well; fold in Cool Whip. Line a 9x13 pan with a single layer of crackers (some may have to be broken in half to fill edges). Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers. Repeat the layering of cracker, pudding. Top with final layer of crackers.

Melt chocolate with margarine and syrup, bring to a boil. Remove from heat; add vanilla, milk and sugar. Mix well and pour over crackers. refrigerate overnight or at least 10 hours. Eat up and Enjoy!
