1 lb chicken breasts
15 oz can great northern beans
4 oz. can chopped green chiles
1-2 minced jalapenos
2 cloves minced garlic
1 shallot or 1/2 onion
salt, pepper, cumin and oregano to taste
1/2 lime
2 cups chicken broth
1/4 c milk
1 T flour
Chili toppers i.e. shredded cheese, tortilla chips, jalapenos, cilantro, verde sauce, Beanitos as desired

Directions:

Put chicken, beans, chiles, jalapenos, garlic, shallot and seasonings to a 6-qt. crock pot. Add lime juice and chicken broth. Cook on low for 4 hours.

After 4 hours, pull out chicken, shred and put in refrigerator. Whisk together milk and flour and stir into chili. Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes. Stir chicken back into chili and heat. Serve with any toppings you wish.
