1 peg. (1 lb) graham crackers
2 small vanilla instant pudding (3.4 oz. each)
1 1/2 c milk
2 c low-fat eggnog
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 can chocolate frosting

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the pudding, eggnog and milk in a bowl. Blend together for 2 minutes, then fold in Cool Whip.

Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick spray. Place layer of whole graham crackers on bottom, top with 1/2 pudding. You may need to break some crackers to fill in cracks.

Cover pudding with another layer of graham crackers, top with remaining pudding and another layer of crackers. Then carefully spread frosting on the crackers. You may microwave the icing in the container for 30 seconds to make it easier to spread.

Chill 8 hours or overnight.
