2 8-oz. salmon fillets
2 tsp. chopped chives
1 c. bourbon
1/4 c. pineapple juice
2 T soy sauce
2 T brown sugar
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bourbon, juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, pepper, salt and and garlic powder. Stir to dissolve sugar. Add oil.

Put fillets in fridge in baking dish and pour marinade over; let stand at least 1 hour. Over med. heat, cook 5-7 minutes per side or till done to your desire. Brush with marinade as you cook. Arrange, then top with chives.
