2 cups flour
1 tsp soda
2 tsp cream of tartar
Hunk of butter ( 2Tbsp)
1 cup milk
2 Tbsp white sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together and cut butter in with a pastry blender. Add milk and stir to form a ball and knead until smooth. Roll out into desired thickness and cut into shapes. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, until lightly browned.
