1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1/2 c. vegetable shortening
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. peanut butter chips
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. salted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixing bowl, combine sugar, butter, shortening, peanut butter, eggs and vanilla. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Beat at low speed until soft dough forms. Stir in chips and peanuts. Drop by heaping teaspoons 2 inches apart on ton ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely before storing.
