1 182 lb. of Lean Beef
2 c. Fresh Mushrooms sliced
1 c. chopped Onion
2 Cloves of Garlic minced
2 cans of Cream of Celery Soup
2 c. Grated Old Cheddar Cheese
2 tbsp. of Tomato Paste
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Marjoram
1 c. Uncooked Elbow Macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
Ia a frying pan sauté beef, mushrooms, onions and garlic until brown and vegetables are limp. Drain and place in a crock pot. Combine soup, cheese, tomato paste, salt and marjoram. Stir into meat mixture cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours. Meanwhile cook macaroni according to package direction. Drain and stir in meat mixture in crock pot in the last 15 minutes turning the crock pot to high.
