1 pint chopped green chilis, roasted and peeled
3 onions, chopped
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped or pressed
2 lb lean cubed beef or pork
3 potatoes, cubed
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute meat and onions until browned, drain off excess grease. Add green chiles, garlic, salt and pepper add enough hot water to cover meat and potatoes. Simmer until meat is tender. Add more water if needed.
