10-oz. can Worthington Fri Chik
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/3 - 1/2 c. golden raisins
1/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. curry powder

Directions:
Directions:
Dice or shred the Fri Chik. Add the chopped onion, celery, raisins and nuts. Add the mayonnaise, curry powder and salt. Refrigerate 1-2 hours to chill. Use for sandwiches or to stuff tomatoes and/or avocados.
