Ingredients: Crust:
1 1/2 stick margarine, melted
1 cup chopped pecans
1 1/2 cup plain flour
Cream Cheese Mixture:
12 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
1/2 container of 12 oz. Cool Whip
Pudding Mixture:
1 lg. and 1 sm. box instant chocolate pudding

Directions: |
Directions:Crust - Mix all ingredients together. Press into pan and bake 20-25 minutes at 350º. Cool.
Cream Cheese mixture - Mix all together and spread over cooled crust.
Pudding mixture - Mix pudding according to package. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip.
Refrigerate several hours. |

Notes: My favorite memory of Granddaddy Liles was him dancing at the barns to entertain us. Growing up and working along side Randolph in the fields is what made me the person I am today. I am so grateful. My most favorite memory of all is the last year Grandma Liles was alive. My husband, Ricky and I got the chance to take her to the fair. She wanted to play Bingo. Then in February, we took her to the circus. It was priceless and I will cherish them forever. --Jean Liles Carter--
