1.5 cup flour
1/4 lbs butter
1 heaping teaspoon baking powder
3 slices of candied pinapple
3/4 lbs. candied cherries
1 1/4 cup sugar
5 eggs
1 teaspoon of salt
juice of one lemon
2 cups of pecans
1 cups of walnuts
1 small box pitted dates
3 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar add beaten egg yolks, then flour and all other dry ingredients, add vanilla, lemon juice and beaten egg whites.

Bake 2 hours on 300 degrees
