2 sticks unsalted butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 pkg milk chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter and sugars until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla and continue to mix just until blended. In separate bowl, measure and mix flour, salt and baking soda. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until well-blended. Add chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoon on an ungreased or parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 mins at 375 for small cookies, or 13-15 mins for large cookies.

I make these cookies very large, simply by using about a 1/4 cup of batter for each cookie and extending bake time.
