Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
In a small saucepan or in a frying pan, melt butter and stir in flour to make a paste. Stir in brown sugar. Gradually whisk in boiling water and continue to stir until sauce thickens. Spoon over ice cream balls rolled in toasted almonds.

**To toast almonds, cook in a frying pan stirring and watching closely because once they start to cook can easily burn. As soon as they begin to cook, reduce heat and continue to stir. Let them cool before rolling ice cream in them.
