1 lb cheese tortellini or fettuccine
2 eggs
1/2 pint of light cream
2-3 cloves of garlic (1/2 tsp. equals one clove)
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Cook tortellini according to package
Melt butter and garlic in pan together; add light cream once butter is melted
Beat the eggs and parmesan cheese together in separate bowl.
Drain tortellini and put back into pot; add egg mixture and stir to coat
Finally, add butter mixture and additional cheese if necessary.
