3/4 cup sifted flour
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup shortening
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, soda and salt. Add sugar, shortening, egg and vanilla. Stir in oats and pecans. make into roll chill.Bake at 375º for 10-12 minutes. Then put chocolate hershey and pecan on top. Bake another couple minutes.
