1 c. instant rice cooked
1 can of mushroom soup
1 can drained tuna fish
1 box frozen peas, thawed
1 c. shredded cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Cook rice, add the rest of ingredients in pan and heat. Serve with complaints or not.

This recipe kept Dad alive for 1 month while he was in college. He thought it was good enough to give to his children when Mom was in the hospital for a surgery. After the Relief Society heard you kids complaining about Dad's cooking, they brought over some meals to save your butts!
