1 1/2 c flour
1/4 c granulated sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c shortening
1/2 c creamy peanutbutter
1/4 c light Karo syrup
1 tbsp milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat to 350º

Combine all dry ingredients. Cut in shortening and peanutbutter until dough resembles coarse meal. Blend in Karo syrup and milk. Shape into 2in rolls and chill. Slice into 1/4" thick slices. Place half the slices on ungreased cookie sheet. Dot each with 1/2 tsp peanut butter. Cover with remaining slices. Seal edges with fork. Bake for 12min.
