1 lb chicken cut into 1 inch cubes
8-10 oz smoked sausage, sliced
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 large can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup dry white wine (sub water)
2 tsp dry leaf oregano
2 tsp parsley
2 tsp cajun seasoning
1 tsp cayenne pepper

Combine chicken, sausage, bell pepper and onion in slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients

Cover, cook on low 6-8 hrs or high 3-4 hours

Serve over rice
