6 Biscuits
2 cups corn bread
2 eggs
black pepper
1 cup celery, chopped and sautéed
1 cup onion, chopped and sautéed
1 lb. Bass Farm Sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
3/4 stick of butter
3-5 cups of chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cook celery, onion and sausage a day ahead if you like.

Melt butter. Add eggs and black pepper. Heat.

Add onion, celery and sausage.

Crumble biscuits and corn bread. Combine with egg mixture. Add broth gradually, as needed. Let it sit. Taste. Add more hot broth if looks too dry. Bake at 400º for 30-40 minutes.
