1 box Uncle Ben's Long Grain Wild Roce
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 can chicken broth (more for moister rice)
4-6 chicken breasts, depending on size
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup mix
Directions:
Directions:
Heat over to 350º. In 9x19 pan, mix rice, soups and broth. Arrange chicken on top, sprinkle with onion soup mix, cover and seal with foil. Bake for 2 1/2 hours without peeking.
