1# shrimp, peeled, deveined
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. minced ginger
4 T honey
2 T soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine garlic, ginger, honey and soy sauce. Put shrimp in 1/2 of the sauce and marinate for 15-30 min. Discard that marinade. Heat a 10" skillet to med. hi with small amount of oil to cover bottom. Sear both sides about 1 min. Heat sauce, and serve with shrimp.
