1 1/2 lb. ground meat (1/2 pork, 1/2 sirloin or venison) I use all venison, too!
1 small jar mushrooms (I don't use))
1/2 to 3/4 C cornflake crumbs (I use seasoned bread crumbs)
1 small minced onion
1/3 c. ketchup
1 egg, beaten
salt and pepper
1-2 boiled eggs for secret treasure

Mix all ingredients together, hiding 1-2 boiled eggs inside (prior to baking) and bake 1 hour at 350

I got this recipe from Linda Radigan after both Grammie and Grampa had died. I don't use it exactly, but I love having the old recipe! I add 1 T Worcestershire sauce, 3/4 c. milk and enough ketchup to made the meat look reddish before cooking,Worcestershire. I also cover the meatloaf with ketchup
