8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sour cream
2 T. onion, finely chopped
2 T. green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 jar or pkg. dried chipped beef

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and pat into a pie plate; bake at 375 F. for 10-12 minutes until edges bubble.
