2-3 lbs. beef tips or flank steak
1/3 c. oil
1/3 c. bourbon
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar

Whisk all marinade ingredients together; pour over meat and marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight. Cook meat on the grill until cooked to perfection. Note: you can boil the marinade for 5 minutes and then serve with the meat as a sauce.
