Ingredients:  
1 Large can sliced pineapple KEEP JUICE. Chop the pineapple.
2 eggs
½ cup sugar
2 TBSP flour
Pinch of salt
1 bag mini marshmallows (used to be 24 big marshmallows chopped! This recipe is so old it was before mini marshmallows were invented!)
3 or 4 oranges, peeled , deseeded and diced
¾-1 cup nuts, chopped
1 cup whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan, mix juice from pineapple, eggs, sugar, flour, salt and cook until thick. Let cool.
In a large bowl, mix pineapple, marshmallows, oranges, nuts. Add cooled custard mixture. Stir all together and add 1 cup whipped cream.
