4 T. olive oil
2 T. minced garlic
3 lbs. fresh ripe tomatoes
3 T. balsamic vinegar
1/2 c. chopped basil
linguine
parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic in 1 T. olive oil. Do not brown
Skin and chop tomatoes
Mix all ingredients in non-aluminum bowl
Let stand 6 hours
Serve over hot linguine
Sprinkle with parmesan
