1 1/2 cups of self rising corn meal
1 cup buttermilk
3 eggs
1/2 cup jalapeno cut finely
1 8oz. can cream corn
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
Small amount grated onion

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 425 for 20-30 minutes. Doubles easily.
