Ingredients: 1 pkg. devil's food cake mix 2 T. cocoa powder, unsweetened 2 T. mayonnaise 1 egg 1/2 c. applesauce, unsweetened Glaze: 1/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels 2 T. heavy whipping cream 2 T. caramel ice cream topping 2 T. creamy peanut butter

Directions:Grease a 8x8 pan and line with parchment paper and lightly spray again with cooking spray. In a large bowl, whisk cake mix and cocoa powder; add mayonnaise, egg and applesauce; whisk until well blended. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake at 350 F. for 22-25 minutes. Cool cake for 5 minutes; remove cake from pan; cover with a clean kitchen towel and cool completely.
For Glaze: combine all ingredients except for 1 T. of peanut butter and microwave on high for 30 seconds or until melted; stir until smooth. Place remaining 1 T. peanut butter in a small bowl and microwave on high for 10-20 seconds or until melted; set aside.
Cut cake in half crosswise to form two equal layers. Place one layer on serving plate; spread with half of the glaze, allowing glaze to drip down the sides. Top with second cake layer; repeat with remaining glaze. Drizzle with melted peanut butter; swirl into glaze. Slice using a knife dipped in hot water.
