2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
2/3 cup firmly crushed saltine crackers*
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 cup ketsup
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1tsp. worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, saltines, onion, salt and pepper. Add beef and mix well.

Shape into a 4'X8" loaf and place in an ungreased shallow baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients; spread over loaf and bake at 350º for 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
