2 lbs. cooked chicken (I used boneless, skinless thighs that I cook in a crock pot for 3 to 4 hours)
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup milk
2 TBSP. butter, melted
1-10.5 oz. can cream of chicken soup
2 cups chicken broth (I use water chicken cooked in)
1 can Veg-All, drained
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Shred chicken and place in the bottom of a big baking dish. Add Veg-All. Whisk together flour, milk and butter; pour over chicken. Whisk together broth, soup, salt and pepper; pour over the casserole. DO NOT STIR. Bake at 350º for 50 to 60 minutes. Let sit for a few minutes before serving.
