Grandma Janie’s Brownies

1 1/4 cups butter 2 cups sugar
3/4 cup baking cocoa 2 teas vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour 1 cups nuts
1/2 teas. Baking powder 4 eggs
1/8 teas. Salt




Directions:
Directions:

Grease and flour utility pan or an 11x13 inch pan melt butter then add cocoa, mix well & cool. In another bowl measure flour baking powder & salt. Beat eggs until thick & fluffy. Add sugar in 3 portions beating after each. Beat in chocolate & vanilla. Use lowest mixer speed & mix in flour mixture, add nuts. Do not over mix batter. Bake 20 min at 350.
