1 c butter, softened
1/2 c confectioner's sugar
1 t vanilla
2 1/4 c flour
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 c finely chopped pecans
1 pkg Hershey Kisses, unwrapped

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl of electric mixer, cream together butter, sugar and vanilla. Stir in flour, salt and nuts until well blended. If dough is too soft to mold, refrigerate about one hour or until firm.
Place about one tablespoon dough in palm of hand and flatten into a 2 1/2 inch circle. Place chocolate kiss in middle and mold dough up and around kiss, covering chocolate completely. Place on ungreased cookie sheet about 1 1/2 inches apart. Bake at 375º 10 to 12 minutes until cookies are set but not browned. Remove to wire rack to cool slightly. Dust with or roll in confectioner's sugar and return to rack to cool completely.
