2 cakes German Sweet Chocolate
3 T sugar
3 T water
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites beaten stiff
Lady Fingers or Angel Food Cake

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate, water and sugar together in double boiler. Stir in egg yolks. Remove from fire and cool slightly. Add egg whites.
Line a pan or bowl with waxed paper and then with Lady Fingers. Pour in half of chocolate mixture, then a layer of Lady Fingers and remaining chocolate mixture. Cover with waxed paper and let stand in refrigerator for at least 24 hours. Invert onto serving plate. Serve with whipped cream.
Makes 1 small cake. Doubling recipe produces medium size, Tripling produces large.
