Ingredients:  
1 and 1/2 c. crisp chocolate cookies, finely chopped
1/3 c. melted margarine
Coffee ice cream
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate squares
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 small can unsweetened evaporated milk
1 c. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine chopped chocolate cookies and melted margarine in a bowl
2. Press into 9 inch glass pie plate, and freeze
3. Once frozen, add 1 inch coffee ice cream, and return to freezer
4. Using a double broiler, melt chocolate squares, with butter and sugar
5. Slowly stir in evaporated milk
6. Cook, and stir until thick, then remove from heat
7. Once cool, spread on top of ice cream, and return to freezer
8. Whip whipping cream, and spread over top of pie
9. Freeze again 3-4 hours before serving
