1 bag small white onions, skin on
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. flour
garlic salt
parsley
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Steam onions with skin on for 10 minutes or until done, then cool
2. Once cooled, peel onions
3. In a pot, add milk and flour, stir until smooth
4. Heat to a boil, stirring constantly, then simmer until thick
5. Add garlic salt, parsley, and pepper to taste
6. Combine onions and sauce
7. Best of made ahead, so onions have time to permeate sauce for flavor
