Raw broccoli
2 c. turkey/chicken (cooked, diced/shredded)
6 tbsp. butter/margarine
6 tbsp. flour (1/2 c.)
3 c. chicken stock
1/2 c. heavy cream (milk)
1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 c. shredded parmesan cheese
4 tbsp. mustard (spicy)
2 tbsp. diced/minced onion
2 tbsp. dry sherry
salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place raw broccoli and cooked turkey/chicken in 3 quart casserole dish
2. Melt butter, blend in flour
3. Add chick stock, stir
4. Add remaining ingredients (except sherry), stir over low heat until cheese is melted
5. Pour sauce over broccoli and meat
6. Bake at 400ºF for 25-30 minutes
7. Add dash of sherry over all
