2 lbs. Cremini Mushrooms- halved or quartered if large
1 lg. bunch Asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1" lengths
3 tbsp. Extra-virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp. Kosher Salt
Several shakes of Crushed red pepper
Several shakes of Garlic powder
Several shakes of Lemon pepper
Several shakes of Lawry’s season salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Toss the mushrooms and asparagus with the oil on a baking sheet and season with remaining ingredients.

Roast on the middle shelf, stirring once at the 15 minute point. Return to oven and roast another 5-10 minutes until tender and brown in spots.
