5 cups fresh or frozen corn
1 - 8 to 12 oz bag Frozen peppers and onions ..
8oz cream cheese
1/2 cup half n half
1- 4oz can green Chile's, diced. (Optional)
2 teaspoon sugar
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Add corn, peppers and onions, to a lightly greased skillet. Cook on medium heat for 5-6 minutes, or until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients until blended, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer covered, 8-10 minutes, until thickened.
