1/4 C. Butter or Margarine
1/2 C. White Onion, Chopped fine
1/2 lb. Mushroom - Sliced
2 Cloves garlic, crushed and minced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 C. Snipped parsley
4 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. Butter (additional)
1 lb. Tenderloin cut into 8 slices.

1- Melt 1/4 C. butter in a frying pan. 2- Add onions and saute' until the onions are clear. 3- Add mushrooms into the frying pan and cook until the mushrooms are tender. 4- Stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, and mustard. 5- keep warm. 6- In a separate frying pan, melt the remaining butter over medium - high heat. 7- Cook steak to desired temperature. 8- Serve with sauce over meat.
