1 C. Macaroni
1/4 C. Butter
1 C. Corn Flake Crumbs
1 C. Shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 C. Shredded Swiss cheese
3 Eggs - Beaten
1 tbsp. Minced onion
1 tbsp. Parsley
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1 1/2 C. Scalded milk

1 - Preheat oven to 325º. 2- Grease the inside of a 2 qt. casserole bowl. 3- Cook the macaroni according to the package directions. 4 - Drain the macaroni. 5- Place the macaroni back into the pot and toss with butter. 6- Add corn flake crumbs, cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, eggs,onions,parsley,salt, pepper, and milk. 7- Mix well. 8- Turn the macaroni into the greased casserole bowl. 9- Cover the casserole bowl with tin foil. 10- Bake for 30 minutes. 11. Remove the tin foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until top is golden brown.
