2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups grated zucchini
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 13 pan. In a mixing bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. In another bowl, beat the eggs until fluffy and lemon colored. Add the oil and beat another 2 minutes. Pour into the dry ingredients and mix well. Add the zucchini and nuts, stir thoroughly until combined. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
