1 Cup butter
1 Cup brown sugar
1/2 Cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking powder
2 2/3 cups flour
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 Cup finely chopped apple
1 Cup toffee chips
1/2 Cup white chocolate chips
1 tsp shortening








Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Combine dry ingredients including graham cracker crumbs and add to butter mixture. Add apple and toffee chips. Using a tablespoon, drop onto greased cookie sheets. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool 2-3 minutes, remove to wire rack. Melt white chocolate and shortening, drizzle over cookies. Store in an air tight container.
