1 C. Sugar
1 C. Shortening
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla

Plump:
1 C. Raisins in 1 C. Water (by simmering 5 min.)

Add Raisins and Plus 3 Tbsp. reserved liquid to Creamed Mixture

Combine:
2 C. Flour
2 tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. Cinnamon
2 C. Oats

Stir in:
3/4 C. Pecans

Pre-Heat Oven to 375º

Drop by Tbsp. on Ungreased Cookie Sheet

Bake 8-9 min.
