4 pounds lean ground beef (90/10)
2 14 oz cans tomato sauce
1 C chicken stock or Yuengling Lager
1 baseball size, sweet onion, minced
1 sweet red pepper, minced
6 T Worcestershire sauce
2 T dark brown sugar
1 T molasses (not blackstrap)
1 T paprika (not smoked)
3 T EVOO
salt & pepper to taste
1 T Louisiana hot sauce (opt)
1 T minced garlic
1 T chili powder

Directions:
1. saute veggies in EVOO; pepper 1st, add onion; then add garlic...until a little soft
2. add meat & chicken stock; saute & continually break up with masher
3. add everything else & simmer uncovered for 30 minutes, until it thickens
