1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup white sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup rice krispies
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup (fine) coconut
(coconut can be optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter well. Blend in sugars, beaten eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking
powder and baking soda together. Mix creamed and flour mixture together add rolled oats, coconut and fold in rice krispies.

Drop on cookie sheet. bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes
