"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

After moving to Deer Park in 1981, I searched for a good babysitter for Casey and found Kim Randecker. She had a son and longed for more children but couldn't have any. She was an awesome caregiver and an even better cook. She was from Korea and taught us to eat many good things.
