Notes: I have made these for large groups by using 9 X 13 or 11 X 15 inch cake pans. I beat the eggs and use enough eggs to cover the bottom of the sprayed pan about 1/2 an inch deep. I add the chopped meat and stir it around so it is evenly dispersed. I bake this at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes, I think. I haven't done this for a while but bake it until the eggs are set firm but not browned. When the eggs and meat are done cover the surface of the pan with slices of cheese and put back in the oven until the cheese starts to melt. Take it out of the oven and cut into 3 inch squares for small hamburger buns or 4 inch squares if you use the larger buns. Put a warmed bun top on each square and lift out with spatula. Add the bottom bun and hand them out usually faster than you can make them.
