4 (8) boneless skinless chicken breasts, trimmed ,cut in half
1 Cup flour
4. T Butter
1 cup Cashews or hazelnuts
20 seedless grapes
1 cup diced apples
1/2 cup Frangelico

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken until thin. Dredge with flour;discard any excess flour.
Heat butter in a sauté pan over high heat. Add chicken and the remaining ingredients except liqueur. Cook for 2 min. Remove from heat. Add the liqueur and return to heat. ( Be careful; the liqueur may ignite but the flame will die when the alcohol is burned off). Cook 2 minutes or until chicken is cooked through,shaking the pan from side to side constantly. serve immediately.
